Barbara is passionate about helping individuals of all ages manage mental health challenges. She treats a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and mood disorders. Barbara strives to provide comprehensive care that addresses both the physiological and psychological impacts of mental health. Her approach is client-centered and tailored to each individual, using evidence-based practices, including medication management. Barbara's goal is to not only help patients improve their mental health symptoms but also empower them to build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Outside of work, Barbara has a love for discovering new cuisines and experimenting with cooking at home. She enjoys jogging, biking, and traveling to new places, but the moments she treasures most are those spent with her husband, kids and extended family. Whether she's exploring the outdoors or trying out a new recipe, Barbara believes in living life to the fullest and balancing her personal and professional life with joy and adventure.
