Meet our Caldwell Team:

Becky Bole

Becky Bole

DNP, PMHNP-BC

Becky Bole is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has over 15 years of nursing experience and has worked in the mental health field for most of that time. She works with clients with mental health diagnoses and/or substance use disorders to help them improve their life and meet their goals. She has a passion for community mental health and helping individuals with substance use disorders.

Becky is also experienced in treating mood disorders, substance use disorders, ADHD, and anxiety as well as working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and individuals with various forms of dementia. She focuses not only on medication for the client but also ensuring that they are connected with all available resources to help meet their needs.

Becky focuses on the health and well-being of the individual as a whole to include discussions on nutrition, physical health maintenance, and physical activity. Medication is just one of many tools that some people need in order to be the best possible version of themselves.

Matthew Fowler

Matthew Fowler

MSN, AGNP-C

Matt Fowler has served in the healthcare field in the Treasure Valley for 7+ years. His focus as a registered nurse was primarily in the emergency and critical care setting at the area's level 2 trauma hospital, where he discovered his passion for helping patients in the mental health community. He completed both his undergraduate and graduate nursing degrees from Boise State University with a principal focus on primary care in the adult and gerontology populations.

Matt's professional interests include the treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns with a holistic and integrated approach to patient care. He has a strong belief that regular psychotherapy sessions combined with the right medications helps to get to the true root of issues and achieve the greatest results. He believes that no person should feel either limited or defined by their diagnosis. Matthew strives to make sure all patients are treated as individuals in a comfortable and safe environment.

Personally, Matt is somewhat of a football fanatic with an affinity for both the Philadelphia Eagles and (of course) the Boise State Broncos. In his free time, apart from all things football, he also enjoys traveling, cooking and grilling, and spending quality time with his wife and their spoiled English Labrador Retriever, Roxie.

Suzy Albert

Suzy Albert

MSW, LCSW

Suzy Albert is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 5+ years of experience focused in the areas of addiction, mental health, and co-occurring disorders. Suzy's practice experience includes work with adults, adolescents, and justice system-involved patients, in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. She earned both her graduate and undergraduate degrees in Social Work from Boise State University. Suzy enjoys sharing her professional knowledge with the next generation of social workers through participating as a Field Instructor, which includes providing practicum opportunities and supervision to MSW/BSW students.

Suzy utilizes a variety of skills and techniques drawn from evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, and Psychoeducation. Her therapeutic approach includes a trauma-informed lens and employs strengths-based and client-centered perspectives and strategies within her practice. Suzy believes in developing an effective therapeutic relationship with her patients through compassion and understanding. She strives to create a supportive environment to help identify and address strengths, challenges, needs, goals, motivations for change, and personal growth.

Personally, Suzy is married and a dog-mom of one, a sweet English Labrador named Roxie. Suzy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling (especially anywhere with the ocean), watching football (BSU Broncos/Philadelphia Eagles), and catching up on true-crime documentaries and podcasts.

Dean Bigelow

Dean Bigelow

PMHNP

Dean is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. He has been working as a nurse since earning his practical nursing certification from Carrington of Portland in 2011, with his first nursing job working in addiction medication. Since then, Dean earned his associate nursing degree in 2016, his bachelor
s degree from Western Governors University in 2019, and his master
s in nursing from Walden University in 2023.

Dean has been drawn to mental health care since the beginning of his nursing career. Growing up in Portland, Oregon, and witnessing his family and loved ones struggle with addiction, mental health issues, and resulting healthcare disparity, inspired him with the desire to provide compassionate, nonjudgemental mental health care to marginalized populations such as those with addiction issues and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Dean
s work as an inpatient psychiatric nurse fueled an additional passion for mental health care for children and adolescents, especially in witnessing the negative effects of the pandemic and the resulting isolation in such a critical time of development. Dean utilizes motivational interviewing and supportive psychotherapy and specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and child and adolescent mental health.

Dean spends his free time with his wife, seven dogs, and his Mustang horse. He enjoys baking, working with his horse, and learning new skills while making, restoring, and repairing various projects.

Megan has experience in treating mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and more. She works with clients to help them meet their mental health goals through medication management and connecting them with resources in the area to meet their specific needs.
