There's no need to search far and wide for a qualified mental health provider. You'll receive the help you need at Meridian Advanced Psychiatry (MAP). When you become a patient at our clinic:

• Please bring your photo ID, copy of your health insurance cards, current and historical medication list, and any questions you may have for your provider
• You may be asked to complete psychiatric measurements/survey
• You will receive a one-hour initial consultation
• You may receive testing and labs as indicated
• You may receive initial diagnosis(es)
• You may be prescribed medications
• You may be referred for psychotherapy, other therapies, or testing
